Krygier of AmLand Development, LLC, has collaborated with RNM Architect

and Planners' Walt Richardson and interior design specialist Todd Avery-Lenahan

of Averybrooks and Associates to construct an environmentally sensitive

complex stressing the concepts of comfort and flexibility, including:

* Healthy House

construction techniques, (this change is referring to the Healthy House

program);

* state-of-the-art

building materials;

* Easy-Living

home design;

* Energy Star

certification; and

* advanced

home automation technology.

Highlighting

the New American Home 2003 tour was the appearance of celebrity chef Todd

English, Bon Appetit's "Restaurateur of the Year" and host of

the public television series "Cooking In with Todd English."

Mr. English provided a chef's perspective to the three kitchen designs,

helping match their functional aspects with the homeowners' lifestyles.
