Mary Rice Hopkins to perform

at Whitewater will present Mary Rice Hopkins and company in concert Sunday,

March 2, at 5 p.m. Hopkins is a nationally known musician specializing

in children's entertainment. She has produced 16 CDs, including "Sing

through the Bible," "If I Knew How to Moo," and "Juggling

Mom." Three of her songs have been illustrated and published by Crossway

Books. Christ's Church is on Ga. Hwy. 85, 4.2 miles south of Fayetteville.

dinner-dance Feb. 7

Members of

Providence United Methodist Church will have their annual Valentine dinner-dance

Friday, Feb. 7. The event will feature dinner, dancing and door prizes.
