We do, however, have
an excellent chance to have one Fayette County citizen elected to a state
office. Our own Kathy Cox needs and deserves our support in her run for
state school superintendent.
Kathy is a teacher
who knows what it takes to lift our state public schools out of the bureaucratic
mire. She also knows that the money is already there, so no new taxes.
She also knows that our students are much more capable than 50th in SAT
scores. She wants to remove the political ties that bind our teachers
and let them teach.
Kathy Cox will be
good for our students, our schools, and our state. Please go and vote
Nov. 5 and remember to check the box for Kathy Cox.
