LLC, acting on behalf of a proposed new ownership entity, Etheridge Court
Redevelopment Partnership LP, a Georgia limited partnership, is seeking
funds through bonds to be issued by the Housing Authority of Fulton County.
The new group would set aside
all of the units for persons of low to moderate income, as determined
is located at 2500 Center Street, NW.
The CHDC must recommend whether
the Fulton County Board of Commissioners should endorse the bond issuance.
