Chapter Regent
Betty Harrah and State Achievement Award Chairman Joyce Patton were awarded
the Chapter Achievement Award certificate by Linda Tinker Watkins, president
general of the national society, during the national awards ceremony in
Constitution Hall.

encouragement of other members, and financial support of our causes."
