Several new
stores are in the works for Fayette Pavilion, with plans at various stages
of development before Fayetteville's City Council and Planning and Zoning
Commission.
Best Buy is
preparing to move into the site formerly located by Home Place, next to
Pier 1 Imports. A considerable amount of renovation has been done on the
building and the developers have recently applied for a sign variance
to allow a 195-square-foot wall sign on the building. Also up for City
Council approval are two proposed signs for the rear of the building.
Bed, Bath &
Beyond is expected to replace the former Office Max store next to Wal-Mart.
Elevations were approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission last week.
Also approved
were elevations for Urban Brands, a 3,500-square-foot store locating between
the new Dollar Tree and Wal-Mart.
