"So many

people have busy, stressful lives today, and there never seems to be enough

time to do it all.

"Fast

food, take-out food, and frozen entrees from the grocery store, although

convenient, are loaded with salt and preservatives, and don't promote

the healthy lifestyle most people desire", says Chef Susan.

"You may

save time, but your family's health and well-being suffers in the long

run."

Chef Susan

meets with each client to determine in great detail what and how they

wish to eat and to identify any food sensitivities or allergies.

She then develops

suggested menus within these guidelines and presents them to the client

for approval.

A confirmed

cooking date is selected, and on that day she shops and brings all her

kitchen equipment to the client's home.

There she prepares

the entrees and side dishes, packages and labels them, and leaves specific

handling and heating instructions for each.

She then cleans

the kitchen and packs her equipment, leaving only delicious meals and

the smell of home cooking to greet the client when they arrive home at

the end of the day.

Chef Susan

is a member of the American Personal Chef Association and can be contacted

at 770-309-1634.

She can also

be contacted on her Internet Web page at www.dinnersready .info

for more information.
