Prior to the
county event, classrooms held competitions at each school to determine
a grade-level winner to represent the school at the celebration. At the
county level, three-member teams answered three rounds of questions about
the books they had read. Students had to correctly identify the book and
its author to receive a perfect score for each question.
At the end
of each round, the top scoring students advanced to the next level. After
the third round was completed, the winners were determined and all teams
were celebrated and honored.
