Hampered by
rain at the wrong time, the Luther Holt Memorial All Children's Playground
in Peachtree City remains closed to the public.
The rain kept
crews from installing the rubberized surface that allows for easy wheelchair
access to the equipment. Volunteer workers installed the second phase
of playground equipment, which is about one foot higher than the first.
But the rain came several days later, forcing the surfacing project to
be postponed.

are connected by a bridge, which forces the playground to be closed until
