City Building Department's Safety Award was also presented to Richard

Simms Homes, recognizing the company's exceptional commitment to safety

on the job. Janet Prescott, the company's office manager, was also praised

every day."

Homes has been building homes in the Fayette County area since 1990 has

has been named Builder of the Year by both the City of Peachtree City

and the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia.
