Pathway also
received one gold award and three silver awards for its marketing efforts
at Monarch Village in Henry County.
In addition
to its accolades on a local level, both SummerGrove and Avery Park received
a silver awards from the National Association of Home Builders. Silver
award winners are eligible for a gold, to be awarded at the national convention
in Atlanta in February.
