Dignitaries break ground for new senior facility

The complex

is named in honor of the late Dr. McGhee, a physician who served the county

for more than 30 years. He was a member of the Fulton County Board of

Health, and served as chairman of the obstetrics and gynecology department

and interim president at the Morehouse School of Medicine.

The IRC is

a non-profit senior care agency that helps older and physically challenged
