Registration
is from 8-9:30 a.m. Runners start at 9:15 a.m. and walkers at 9:30 a.m.
Money raised
from the event will go for research, personalized counseling, financial
assistance, support groups and educational programs for those coping with
Alzheimer's.
Cochairs for
the Memory Walk are Fred Brown and Iola Snow. Free hamburgers and chips
will be provided by Kiwanis Club members and a coffee/refreshment table
will be set up.
Live music
will be provided by the Peachtree Jazz Editions.
