Schools apply for Excellence award

Even if a school

is not selected as a participant for the Georgia School of Excellence

program, it still benefits from going through the application process.

Since the application focuses on the total school program, schools have

to evaluate all aspects of school operation, which in turn can be useful

for ongoing school improvement efforts. Participant schools will be notified

in November.
