Plans to build
a softball field at McIntosh High School were among several items approved
night.
The field will
be located west of the football stadium on the other side of a detention
pond on the school campus. Access to the site will be provided with a
eight-foot wide concrete sidewalk.
The commission
also approved a concept plan for a gymnasium on a 5.44-acre parcel at
the end of Prospect Park. The proposed 9,100-square-foot facility will
provide parking for 46 vehicles. The use is allowed under the property's
current general industrial zoning.
A landscape
plan for the Rinnai office/warehouse on International Drive was also approved
