having a 'total day' celebration," a spokesperson said. "We
hope community members will help us to lift up the name of God in praise,
worship and thanks for our 147 years."
Back in 1854,
Flat Rock was the parent for five other churches in Fayetteville. The
current pastor is the Rev. Charles Atkins Jr.
