"The single most valuable
tool in helping to find a missing child is a good current head and shoulders
photograph, but most parents don't have a suitable photograph for officials
if their child becomes lost or missing," said Ernest Allen, president
of The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Parents can receive a free
Kid Safety ID of their child with the highest quality of computerized
photographs and fingerprints available. In this document, parents can
record and maintain current vital statistics of their children.
Local law enforcement officers
will be on-site at some locations to assist in the fingerprinting of children.
The Wal-Mart Superstore is
