Salter has
invested over 36 years in teaching. She received her bachelor's in music

she received her doctorate. She worked with orchestras, operas, performed
church music and had solo performances.
Salter left
Vienna for Heidelburg, Germany and formed her own concert series. She
recorded with the South German Radio, performing on restored organs from
the 18th and 19th century. She also worked with the Heidelburg City Orchestra
and Opera. After returning to the states, Salter received her master of
divinity and doctorate of ministry at Emory University. She currently
resides in Fayetteville.
