Mary Jay Weakley, 38, of Decatur
was arrested Wednesday by the Fayetteville Police Department for theft
an internal Home Depot investigation for almost a month.
During that time, she rang
up false product returns at her register and took the money herself, police
were told.
The report indicates that Weakley
signed a statement admitting to Home Depot officials that she took almost
$1,200 in the scheme before she was caught.
