Fitzgerald named Agent of the Year

It was Fitzgerald's

outgoing personality and communication skills that led the diminutive

dynamo to real estate. "I really enjoy working with people, and I

like houses. It was a good fit," she said. "The fast pace and

constantly meeting new people suits me better than my former profession

in computer programming. I'm not a desk person."
