Pets on cart paths: Letter revealed arrogance

This is arrogance and reminds

me of the efforts that were made to have cigarette smokers act in a responsible

manner in the workplace. They, too, insisted that their rights were greater

and would not curb their actions. This resulted in cigarette smoking being

banned from the workplace altogether.

The paths were made for all

to share and enjoy, not for dog owners to act irresponsibly. We knew these

facts when we moved to PTC.
