will offer "creative dramatics: an acting workshop just for kids"

Sunday, March 11 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Peachtree City Library. Geared

to children 6 to 8, the workshop introduces youngsters to the "who,

what and where" of acting through improvisation and theater games.

Offered during

Generation Arts month, the workshop is free. Generation Arts is designed

to encourage the young and the young at heart to experience arts and cultural

activities. Offshoot Productions, which is a member of the Atlanta Coalition

of Performing Arts, conducts annual free workshops for children as part

of this event.

Because of

the popularity of the creative dramatics workshop, children must be pre-registered.

Sunday, March

Open to adults and teens, the workshop features three instructors, each

dealing with different aspects of the art of acting comedy.
