Two citizens
in Brooks have qualified for its March 20 election for a councilman.
Lewis Harper,
who is deputy chief of the College Park Police, has lived in Brooks for
11 years and currently serves on the town Water Council.
Frances V.
Bauer has spent a number of years as an air traffic controller, and has
also lived in Brooks for 11 years. She said she has been studying the
town and its politics during that time and wants to work to keep its small
town flavor.
