There is many a time I come
to our corner of Shirewood Park and Kedron Drive, look
both ways on Kedron and no cars are coming, pull out,
turn left on Kedron and look in the rear view mirror only
to see someone right on my bumper. It scares me to death.
Maybe the cross that the
kids have put against the tree will help for a short
time, but what happens when it gone? Will people go back
to their 50 to 60 miles an hour around the curve? I hope
not.
If people don't slow down
here, someone in the Shirewood Park subdivision will get
killed from someone coming around the curve way too fast.
I know there are other places in Peachtree City that have
big curves and a sign is posted at 20 or 25 also. So,
please, please, say something to your readers about
people slowing down to the speed limit posted.
