also was broken this week for the community's

new, six-acre amenity area that will include a

two-story clubhouse, Junior Olympic-sized and

adult pools, along with lighted tennis courts and

all-purpose court. Until now, residents have used

a pool and courts adjacent to the lake; the site

will maintain access to the lake for everyone,

along with a natural area for picnics and walking

after construction of the new facility is

completed.

"We're

extremely pleased with the interest in Lake

Redwine and High Garden," added Reid.

"Naturally, spring is normally the time when

people begin to think about moving, but we've

experienced an increase in activity throughout

the winter months. That rare and valuable

commodity, peace, has definitely been discovered

here."
