"Their
presence makes a tremendous difference in the care that
we are able to give to our patients."
Becoming
involved in the Hospital Auxiliary is easy. There are two
types of volunteers - active and associate. Active
volunteers contribute $25 per year and pledge to give
their time for a minimum of 75 hours a year or 50 hours
during evenings and weekends.
Associate
members are those who have the opportunity to enjoy all
Auxiliary-sponsored events, from community fund-raisers
to the annual holiday luncheon, have no required number
of volunteer hours and make a $75 annual contribution.
Men and
women of all ages are invited to join. For information,
or to join, stop by the hospital and fill out an
application, or call the Auxiliary office at
770-719-7097.
