A new community of

low maintenance patio homes, The Courtyards is

located in the White Oak area on Shenandoah

Boulevard in Newnan, just south of Hwy. 34. The

builder is Meyer-Sutton Homes, one of south

Atlanta's leading home builders, and the

community will have a total of 80 homes priced

from $104,900 to $109,900.

Current inventory

there includes five homes ready for occupancy and

four more which will be completed in 60 to 90

days. The Courtyards is just a short walk from

the new movie theater and bowling alley, as well

as shopping and dining establishments, and it is

near White Oak golf course, soccer fields, and

other recreation facilities.

The Courtyard's

unique two-bedroom homes were custom designed by

Garrell & Associates Inc. of Atlanta

specifically for the community. Three different

plans are available, including two ranch styles

and one two-story, and there is a choice of a one

or two-car garage.

Special features of

the homes include vaulted ceilings, formal dining

areas with architectural columns, large living

rooms with fireplaces, and enormous gourmet

kitchens with white cabinets. Extensive

landscaping and privacy fences are also included.
