County solicitor general's office needs volunteer advocates to help victims of

crime cope with the aftermath and go through the

judicial process in the prosecution of the offender.

Volunteers

are needed specifically to accompany victims to court,

notify victims of court status including hearing dates,

and provide follow-up to victims throughout the justice

process to determine the victims' needs at any given
