Substances Act (marijuana) and failure to stop at a stop

sign.

Aug. 22 for possession of methamphetamine, possession

with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

Chad B. Serapion, 18, of Peachtree

City Aug. 23 for driving under the influence, possession

of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and

defective equipment.

Theft of 149 scratch-off lottery

tickets from the Village Store in Braelinn Village. It

appears to be internal.

Criminal trespass at a residence on

Las Braces Court. The perpetrator threw rocks and damaged

the residence.
