The first

place winner receives $100, while second and third place

winners receive $50 and $25 respectively.

Competing

teams will also offer their homemade ice cream for sale

for $1 a scoop, and there will be a great variety of

flavors to try. Other foods from hamburgers to hot dogs

and baked goods will also be offered at the festival.

All profits

earned by competitors go to support a variety of

projects, including local churches, Girl Scouts, Masonic

charities, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.

The event

takes place during the annual Festival Days celebration

of the annual Powers' Crosssroads Country Fair and Art

Festival.
