The
community features two seven-acre ponds. Brechin Pond
will be owned by the homeowners, while the other pond is
owned by a private homeowner. The community also has a
gazebo, park, nature trail, curbs and underground
gutters, streetlights and is served by county water lines
and gas and electric lines. There is also a strict set of
protective covenants and restrictions.
