use empty buildings before cutting down more trees

I'm very sad that

people are cutting down trees to make new shops,

especially when there are empty buildings.

I really

wish they could use the empty buildings. There are lots

and lots of "help wanted" signs and there are

not enough people to work at all the new shops.
