- There will be an organizational;

meeting July 9 at the Kedron Fieldhouse for the fall

adult volleyballl leagues. The meeting will begin at 8

p.m. The cost is $140 for 10 three-game matches, plus

tournament.

- The Kedron Kids Junior Basketball

Camp for boys and girls 6-8 will be July 19-23 at the

Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center. The camp runs 9:30

a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day and costs $65 for Fayette

County residents and $81.25 for non-residents. Call

- The 20th annual National Sports

Collectors Convention will be held at the Georgia Worl

Congress Center, July 22-25. Admission is $10 a day,but

will be free for children 15 and under on Thursday.

- The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville

will have an indoor/outdoor soccer camp July 26-30 at the

center. The half-day camp runs 9 a.m. to noon. The camp

is for boys and girls 5-14. The camp is $85 for the week

- The Lightning Soccer

Club will host a striker/goalkeeper camp July 19-23 at

McCurry park. The camp is only for Classic, Athena, and

Premier players. Training will run from 6-9 p.m. and the

cost is $125 per player. Each player will recieve an

Adidas ball and either a glove bag or a shoe bag. Call

- The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville

is looking for men over 40 years old to play in the Fall

1999 indoor soccer league. The season will begin the

second week in September and will consist of seven

- Georgia Wildlife Federation

presents 1999 Atlanta Buckarama at the Atlanta Expo

Center August 5-8. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for

children ages 6-12 and free to children under the age of

6.

- The 1999 second annual Panther Golf

Tournament will be Monday, Aug. 9. The tournament will

have a shotgun start at 1 p.m. and will be played in a

Ft. lauderdale format. Registration deadline is Aug. 1.

- Doyle Baseball School's annual

Select Showcase at Georgia State University, Aug. 28-29.

It is open to 2000-2002 high school players with college

- The Peachtree City Roller Hockey

Association will hold registration on July 10 from 9 a.m.

to 12 p.m. at the Kedron Field House in Peachtree City.

The cost is $75 and the league is open to children ages
