Bayliss,

who entered real estate in 1978, earned his brokers'

license in 1981 and has experience as a broker and in

property management and sales management. His entire real

estate career has been in the south metro area, and he

worked in Newnan from 1994 to 1996. "I'm looking

forward to returning to the Newnan market," he said.

A native of

New London, Conn., Bayliss has lived in Georgia since

1972. He and his wife, Liz, are residents of

Fayetteville, and they have two children, Missy, 21, a

student at Clayton College & State University, and

Thomas, 20, who attends Marion Military Institute and who

is in the U.S. Army Reserve.

The

Newnan/Coweta County office of CB Bullard, 12 Bullsboro

Dr., Newnan, opened early last year with a managing

broker and six sales associates. The size of the office's

marketing staff has more than doubled since that time.
