Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has been ranked No. 19 in

the Atlanta Business Chronicle's annual listing of "Atlanta's Top

25 Residential Real Estate Companies."

The list, based on gross residential sales volume in the

Atlanta area, appeared in the publication's edition for March

12-18, 1999.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956, is

headquartered in Jonesboro and has other offices in Riverdale,

Jackson, McDonough, the Fayetteville/Peachtree City area,

and Newnan. The company, which early last year announced

a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker after operating

for more than 40 years as Bullard Realty Company, currently

has 220 plus sales associates.
