Timber Lake celebrates 100th home buyer

Timber Lake, the Fayette community with a 59-acre

recreation and amenity area, has reached a major milestone the sale of

its 100th home.

The 100th homeowners, Dave and Debbie King, recruited

award-winning home builder Richard Simms to construct their

custom-built home in The Shores, one of four distinct neighborhoods

of Timber Lake.

"Timber Lake provided the perfect setting for our

family," says Dave King. "With its recreational opportunities,

impressive builder list and convenient location, purchasing a home at

Timber Lake was an easy choice."

Located just outside Peachtree City in Fayette County,

Timber Lake offers residents unique homesites and endless

three acres.
