The five-week class begins Thursday, Jan. 14, and
runs through Feb. 11, from 7-8 p.m. in the Fitness Center, located in
the hospital.
The class costs $50 for Fitness Center members and $75 for
nonmembers. The fee includes the five-week program, materials,
and one on one assessment with a fitness specialist prior to the
program, as well as a reevaluation after the program's
completion. Those interested in joining the Fitness Center will receive
50 percent off initiation fees.
