Parade applicants sought
The fifth annual Main Street Fayetteville Parade is set
for Saturday, Dec. 5, beginning at Jeff Davis and Kathi Avenue.
It will then continue to the Gazebo in Stonewall Village, at
the intersection of Georgia highways 85 and 54. Santa will be
the Grand Marshal in his horse-drawn carriage. Horse-drawn
buggies, floats, hay wagons and antique cars are encouraged
to participate in this old-fashioned hometown parade.
Walking groups are also welcome.
