0Michelle Thompson has to temporarily contend with a horizontal fence in her backyard on Harbor Loop in Peachtree City. But that was the case after heavy rains Thursday forced stormwater over her neighbor’s yard to the north and into that home’s garage and home, with the torrent crashing through a portion of Michelle’s fence, filling her swimming pool, getting inside her home and nearly causing her 8-foot by 12-foot storage shed to float away like it did five years ago.
