But that was the case after heavy rains Thursday forced stormwater over her neighbor’s yard to the north and into that home’s garage and home, with the torrent crashing through a portion of Michelle’s fence, filling her swimming pool, getting inside her home and nearly causing her 8-foot by 12-foot storage shed to float away like it did five years ago.
