Graveside services for Beulah Ione Baxter Hardwick, age 100, of Wedowee, Alabama, formerly of Fayetteville, GA, will be held at 11:00 AM CST at Westminster Gardens in Peachtree City, Georgia, on Monday, June 8, 2020 with Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating and Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hardwick passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Traylor’s Nursing Center in Roanoke, Alabama.

Survivors include: one son, Don Hardwick (wife, Melinda) of Wedowee, AL; three grandchildren, Kathryn Macken (husband, Ian), Dawn Knebel (husband, Doug), and Wesley Hardwick; and four great-grandchildren, Ella Macken, Nathaniel Knebel, Noah Macken, and Amelia Knebel.

A Ducktown, Tennessee native, Mrs. Hardwick was born on December 28, 1919, the daughter of Judge Jerome and Elsie Belle Orr Baxter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville, Georgia, and was a housewife.
