ATM stolen from F’ville Walgreens

Fayetteville Police are looking for two men responsible for crashing through the front of the Walgreens pharmacy on South Glynn Street in the early hours of May 2 and making off with the store’s ATM machine.

Department spokesperson Steve Crawshaw said that two men in a silver truck backed into the Walgreens building at approximately 3:30 a.m. on May 2. The men loaded the ATM machine in the truck and drove off, Crawshaw said, adding that the ATM was located near the front door.

Crawshaw said the truck is possibly a Dodge, silver with black trim on the tailgate. There is damage to the tailgate, right rear corner, and the right tail light is broken or missing.
