Fayetteville mayor to speak to Historical Society, Mar. 20

Fayetteville Mayor Ken Steele will speak to the Fayette County Historical Society this Sunday, Mar. 20 at 3 p.m. It is located in the Margaret Mitchell Research Center, 195 Lee Street.

Refreshments will be served along with a photo slide show of the great homes and points of interest in Fayetteville.

Steele is currently serving his third term as mayor of Fayettevile, and also serves the president of the Georgia Municipal Association.

Visitors are welcome to the meeting, you do not have to be a member to attend.

The society meets the third Sunday of each month except for June, July, and August.
