Now that the weather pattern has shifted and the area is receiving some rain, the Peachtree City Fire Marshal will again be issuing outdoor burning permits once weather conditions allow. He anticipates the middle of this week if the weather pattern holds; permits are not issued on days that are very overcast, rainy, or windy.

To learn if burning will be allowed on a given day and to obtain a burning permit, visit www.peachtree-city.org/burn.
