Mrs. Nancy Ellen Tucker Hammarlund, 85, of Peachtree City, Ga. died November 12, 2016. She was born June 24,1931 in Wheaton, Ill. to Clarence and Florence Tucker and was the youngest of five children.
Nancy and husband, Don, moved to Peachtree City in 1993 to be near some of their grandchildren. They joined First Baptist Church Peachtree City, Ga.
Nancy is preceded in death by her husband J. Donald Hammarlund, son, James Hammarlund and great grandson, Dean Hammarlund.
Nancy is survived by her children: Richard Hammarlund (Pamela), John Hammarlund (Bill) and Marlene Hammarlund (wife of James); four grandchildren, Adam Hammarlund (Kelly), Amie Hammarlund Smith (Byron), Eric Hammarlund (LindsayAnn), and Brian Hammarlund; seven great-grandchildren, Tucker, Dylan, Emma Kate, Olivia Hammarlund and Abigail and Hannah Smith and nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be December 3, 2016 at Westminster Memorial Gardens, 2090 Hwy. 54, Peachtree City, Ga. at 2 p.m.
