0Mary Ann Burgess, 80, of Fayetteville passed away October 16, 2016.
Mrs. Burgess was a long-time member of The Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, where she loved and was loved by the ladies of Faith Circle.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Lee Burgess, Sr., and her sisters Alice Thornton, and Betty Faye Bordeaux.
Survivors include her sons Ronald Lee Burgess, Jr. (Marta) and Rodney Earl Burgess; her grandchildren Lee Burgess III (Dawn), Regina DeBord (Tristan), Julia Hillsinger (Brian), Mary Huston (Peyton), and John Burgess; 10 great grandchildren; her sister Louise Barwick; and devoted companion O.T. Eady.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with Dr. David Campbell officiating. The interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, Ga. The family received friends Monday, October 17, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel.
