Ms. Stephanie Tenney Gedda, age 69, of Fayetteville, Ga., passed away June 2, 2016, at her son’s home in Rayville, Mo. surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 26, 1946, to the late Lawrence H. Tenney and Lula Mae Cole Tenney. She was a stay at home mom for many years while her children were young, and after her children grew older, she became a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell-Banker Bullard Realty and was named to the Million Dollar Club. Ms. Gedda enjoyed traveling, dancing, music, and people.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Gowen.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Gordon and Denise Gedda of Rayville, Mo.; and her daughter: Danica Gedda of Lexington, S.C.; grandchildren: Kim Piaggio and husband Gus, Ryan Cummings and Casey Cummings; great-grandchildren: Brianna and Hunter Piaggio and Krys Cummings.
Visitation was Monday, June 6, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 7, at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Powers officiating. A private family burial followed.
