David Harris, 22, of Peachtree City, Ga. passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016.

David was a graduate of Starr’s Mill High School, Class of 2012. He went on to study at Georgia State University and was also working at Outback Steakhouse.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Susan Harris, sisters, Debbie Harris and Lesley-Anne and her husband, Micah Myerscough.

An avid snowboarder, motorcyclist and motorsport enthusiast, David lived a thrilling life, but enjoyed nothing more than serving others. David had an especially tender heart for animals and helped foster several greyhounds before recently adopting a German Shepherd puppy. The two were inseparable. As a loyal friend, devoted son and loving brother, David will be truly missed.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 5 p.m. at Gracepointe Church in Peachtree City. Pastor Steven Hale and Pastor Chris Oliver officiated.

The family received friends on Wednesday evening, May 4, from 7 until 9 p.m. at Carl J Mowell & Son Funeral Home in Peachtree City.
