Heart health is the focus of “Red-inar,” a Lunch & Learn session scheduled for Friday, Feb. 19, noon-2:30 p.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).
This workshop will focus on American Heart Month and making ourselves more heart healthy. Join Dr. Olubi with Piedmont Fayette Hospital, Chef Bonnie Kanofky, and fitness expert Chris Moore and learn all you need to know about heart health. From basic knowledge and new treatments to heart healthy exercises, meal ideas, and cooking demos, you’ll leave with a new profound outlook on heart health.
