The poetic work of Robert Burns is celebrated worldwide in January.
A retrospective of select works is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 7, at 2:30 p.m. at the Newnan Carnegie Library, 1 LaGrange Street in Newnan.
There will also be details about the Newnan Robert Burns Scottish Heritage Weekend and a bagpipe performance.
