The annual Let Freedom Ring Ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 4 at the Old Courthouse Lawn in Fayetteville. During this short but meaningful ceremony, the signers of the Declaration of Independence will be read, and a bell will be rung in their honor. The event is free and open to the public. Bring lawn chairs for seating.
The James Waldrop Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and the Marquis de Lafayette Chapter Sons of the American Revolution sponsor this event.
